Kinks and stiffness, meet your match.. The Silent Assassin (aka Brittani). I thought that getting a massage would just help my lower back stiffness; it did that and more. I was hurting in places I didn't even know existed and got off the table feeling loose, limber and revitalized and got one of the best nights rest I've had in recent memory.
